Steel Sports is a social impact company committed to creating a new standard in youth sports and coaching, forging the next generation of leaders while serving 100,000 athletes and their families each year through Steel United soccer, Team Steel baseball and softball, Lasorda Legacy Park, and camps and tournaments nationwide.

At the heart of Steel Sports is the Steel Sports Coaching System: The Lasorda Way, a research-based program built on more than two decades of coaching best practices. It develops the individual on and off the field by building character, strengthening leadership skills, and teaching life lessons.
