The Steel Partners Town Halls traveled to WebBank in Salt Lake City, Utah where basketball legend and sports trailblazer Ann Meyers Drysdale share her journey from a seven-sport athlete in high school to an NBA and WNBA Hall of Fame career to the C-Suites and broadcast booths!
The WebBank team are big sports fans and many of them coach in their communities, so they appreciated Ann’s perspective on how sports can build character and by putting kids first you can help them realize their dreams.
Steel Partners VP of Project Management, Jenn Golembeske, gave the team updates on Steel Partners initiatives for a positive employee culture and Steel Sports SVP Social Impact, Ali Haehnel, described the coaching courses – The Lasorda Way, that if completed, employees can receive a sponsorship for their team and league.
